Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

Submit a clear statement (for example, in writing by email) stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

Consequences of revocation:

If you cancel this agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments you have made up to that point (including delivery costs, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard one) as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your notification.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Please note: you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Hygiene products whose seal has been broken
